Alessio is the perfect hospitable host. He made us feel like home within a few hours, showing us local traditions in cuisine, sharing stories and recommendations and even cooking for us and sharing drinks together for a couple of evenings. The location, altough a bit remote, is within driving distance to any points of interest in the region. It’s perfect for relaxing, working remotely and getting an authentic italian countryside experience.

I have to say that I haven't experienced this level of hospitality anywhere. Everyone was so polite and helpful. We felt relaxed and at home. The area is calming, and you are surrounded by nature, animals, and fresh air. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was great.

A clean and bright room in the middle of a beautiful and quiet area near Bologna (30 min from the airport with car). Plenty of green, birdsong in the morning, away from the hustle of the city. Chiara was a very friendly host, always helpful and shared a lot about the house, the garden, and the surrounding area. The house is filled with carefully selected objects/memorabilia - my personal favorite is the newspaper announcing the end of World War II in the dining room. Delicious and hearty breakfast with homemade pastries.

    Massi was so nice! The entire staff was. They made me feel very much at home. The villa and the domain are wonderful, the room was very clean, comfortable bed, and I could highly recommend a dive in the swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious. 30min drive from the airport. My taxi was arranged by Massi. Will definitely be back.
