Everything! The staff is so polite and welcoming, from the reception to the bar, the dining area, the driver of the mini bus! Everyone is so nice and professional to the maximum! The food is like a Michelin star restaurant and I could not be more amazed by its quality. The spa is wonderful and huge, clean and beautifully designed. Overall the hotel is a 10 out of 10! Thank you!!

The interior was tastefully decorated, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. It was clear that attention had been given to every detail, making the space aesthetically pleasing. What impressed me the most was the thoughtfulness that went into providing everything we needed. A really nice place and host too. The access road is also nice and the location is remote, you'll get a lot of intimacy traveling there. There is also a kid's play area some toys for them. Really recommend this place! :)

    Very spacious rooms, really clean, fully equipped kitchen, easy communication, very friendly host, flexible for check-in/check-out. We really enjoyed the location as it was very good situated to get to all the lakes & hiking tracks. Also it is dog friendly & you can walk your dog right behind the house on the fields! Definitely to recommend for a group of friends like us or families. :)

    Cosy, nice & new apartment with nice view overlooking the valley in a super quiet location. Parking space just outside the front door. 10 Min drive to Steinach for shops and skiing. Very friendly host

    We were on a multi-day ski trip with a large group of ten friends. Everything was great!!! :) Elli is a wonderful host and she was helpful in everything. The apartment is modern and clean. It has everything you may need and even more. The view is spectacular and the location is fantastic. We really had a wonderful time.
