The house had everything I could possibly need. There was even a plug adapter inside the cupboards. An extra blanket was available in case I got cold. A few cakes and plenty of tea made me really happy. There were even cocktail glasses and wine glasses. Everything worked perfectly, and the atmosphere of the house was so lovely that I wish I could have stayed a bit longer. The wooden interior was so warm and cozy. I felt truly happy both inside and outside the house. Everyone in the building was very friendly. The host responded to every message and question quickly, leaving no doubts in my mind. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Thank you so much!

The apartment is excellent. Comfortable, clean, functional and very well located. It really is better than the photos show. They also took care of leaving small details that made the arrival very pleasant (coffee, breakfast...). We stayed for a week that coincided with the weather alert in the area and the humane treatment received by the owners was unforgettable. We will be back and highly recommend.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows, room was cleaned every day, the bathroom equipped with both shower and spa bath, big balcony with garden view and sitting area, beautiful nicely decorated villa. The hostess is so kind and generous that we didn't want to leave :-) The location is great: quiet place but just few minutes drive to autostrada. Breakfast in the loggia was super great and varied with great homemade cakes and jams. We would definitely return if we need to stop over again in Forli.

The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than described. Rosa and Gabriele went above and beyond to make me feel at home, they prepared a variety of delicious breakfasts, were always available to help, and even invited me to join them and their friends for dinner.     We really recommend this property in Forlí. Everything was very clean and cosy. The location is perfect, it’s very central but in a quiet street. It was easy to find and the self check in worked perfectly. It was nice to have some welcome breakfast at the apartment as we arrived late and could have a snack in the morning. We would definitely stay here again for another holiday in Forlí.
