Everything about our stay here was perfect! The apartment is in the heart of the city and with incredible views from the balconies, which we appreciate. It was fairly easy to find a free parking space with a few minutes to walk to the apartment. The apartment and its facilities are just like new and also very clean, making you feel like you are staying in a hotel. The host Giorgia was super nice and friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations on what to see around and where to eat. We loved Modica and everything about this place. We definitely recommend staying here when visiting Modica!

Great location for us. We like to 🚶‍♀️ and it was central to the sights and train station. Giorgio was just a WhatsApp away and responded promptly. The room is a teckies heaven, evening a gaming console though we are not gamers. Very modern, a nice balcony for drying clothes, it overlooks street. And a pod Cafe machine and tea plus kettle were nice.The self check in worked great.

What a magnificent view from this hotel!! The whole panorama of Modica before you - breathtaking both during the day and at night. Super helpful staff. I had booked a standard room but, on arrival, we were given the choice of our chosen room or an upgrade to a superior one at no extra cost. Naturally, we chose the upgrade and enjoyed a much larger room with sofa and chairs. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view from our balcony incredible and, from the hotel's dining room, an even better one, with its expanse of floor to ceiling windows. We were there in April so didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting and well laid out. Reception staff were helpful with restaurant suggestions and also booked a taxi for us to go to Scicli on one of the days. To get into Modica, we chose to walk down - and back again! A LOT of steps but it didn't take long at all. And there's also a very nice restaurant just a short walk from the hotel, along the same road (with the same stunning view). Only slight negative at the hotel, for me, was the aircon; we were there in early April and they don't switch on the cooling function until later in the month. With the minibar right next to the bed putting out some heat, I did find it pretty warm during the night and had to open the balcony door. Bonus of that was hearing owls calling to each other across the town! We would definitely recommend staying here for a truly memorable time.

We felt very welcome by the gestures of our hostess with the bottle of wine and the gluten free snacks! The location is perfect to explore Ragusa Ibla and the view of the Duomo is beautiful. Also the bathroom is just gorgeous

Wonderful place to stay in if you want to enjoy Ragusa ! The most beautiful experience is meeting with Valeria, her welcoming and kind attitude is stunning. She is full of good advices for restaurants and visits that we didn’t find in our guide. The apartment is very clean and friendly. The location is just perfect: you can park very close by for free and you are few minutes away from the most important places in Ragusa Alta and Ragusa Ibla. Very nice restaurants around and the neighborhood is very safe for families. The breakfast was very good with fresh bread and croissants, and I still didn’t find out how this wonderful table was put together while we were sleeping without any noise ☺️. You really feel special and taken care of. The two rooms for families are more than sufficiently large; we felt at home in this place ! Definitely recommended !

    Giorgio was lovely and very generous giving us some fresh produce from his farm. The accomodation was spotless and very spacious and easy driving distance (you will need a car to stay here) to Modica for shops, restaurants, and everything else we needed. We were able to take the bus from Modica to Ragusa to explore the unesco township which was brilliant, thank-you Giorgio for having us!

    property was clean, modern and had private undercover parking. it was coolish so we did not take advantage of the pool. you would require a car to stay in this location. the owners were lovely and helped with suggestions and bookings.
