Our apartment was furnished very nicely, in classic Italian style but modern. Apartment is big and with kitchen. You can also use outside area, in walking distance there are small shop and osteria's. Breakfast are served in nearly bar and are sufficient - cheese, ham, juice, fresh bread and sweets, and of course coffee - all of very good quality. We communicated with 2 ladies, each was very kind and spoke good english. Location is good for exploration of Gemona, we have stayed only 1 night, but its worth of more days and its perfect stay for family

The family was very friendly and the place was idyllic. There is a small lake next to the house in which you can fish trout. The horse, goats cats and peacock are ultra cute. The location is approx. 10 min away from Vinzone (by bike) where you can have amazing diner. The breakfast for 10 Euro was delicious! As described the place has shared bathrooms.

Beautiful accommodation, extraordinary friendly host and a wonderful place to visit. We didn’t miss anything. Nice little restaurants to dine out and an affordable breakfast, sitting on the narrow sidewalk enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We stayed for 4 nights in August and the location and conditions were excellent! Very friendly and helpful host! If you have a car is well placed for travel both to the mountains or the sea! The village and the towns nearby offer an authentic Italian atmosphere. Extensive shopping is available in the North part of Udine, a few minutes driving away!

Absolutely wonderful in all respects. The hosts were lovely, genuine, kind people. The apartment (with parking right at the door) must have been recently renovated - everything was in perfect working order. Wifi, air conditioning, and shower all strong and power. Spotlessly clean. A well-equipped kitchen if you want to self-cater. And all that at a very attractive price. I couldn't recommend it enough, and I will definitely be back.

    The stuff at the reception is very polite. Hotel is very clean and arranged. Location is very convenient, you can walk from it to all the city attractions and pretty much all start points for the mountains are very near (from 5min to 30min with a car). Railway is across the street if you wish to travel by train, great pizza place (Pronto Pizza), grocerie store..Valur for money is great.

    Very nice location. You can walk to the old part of the city in 15 minutes. And there is a nice view from the hotel. Very clean rooms and soundings. Air-condition in the room. Easy and free parking. Good breakfast (included). Nice staff.
