    Location was fantastic - panoramic views of the lake, a short walk to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and retailers. There are kitchen facilities and a very large fridge and freezer, as well as air conditioning in both bedrooms. There is also a washing machine and a clothes line outside the windows so it made travelling as a family so convenient. Paolo was an incredible host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond for us. We cannot wait to get back to Genzano to stay here.

    The location was out the way of the main cities but a lovely little place, the locals were friendly and felt safe to stay there. Property owner was also very responsive and helpful during the stay. For a low cost we got all we needed for a short stay.

    Fabulous location with most amazing view of lake nemi. The apartment was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. It was close to shops, bars and restaurants. Genzano lovely town, good public transport links and great shops and restaurants 😀... Visit to Nemi a must, as so pretty, and seeing view of Genzano from other side of lake is fun, trying to spot balcony of apartment! Host was very helpful from moment we landed in Rome to time we left... My husband and I loved our stay...it exceeded our expectations and was very relaxing...

    Amazing location, very friendly host, a place to stay like home. We visited Genzano during Infiorata 2024 and this place has been just perfect for its quiet location with an amazing view and super comfy apartment equipped with everything you need. The host has been available all the time to provide any kind of information, from the parking space to the additional towels. We will come back for sure! Thank you very much!
