The owner was great. He was very accommodatin and kind. He accommodated us with everything, advised us where to go, what is nice to see, but at the same time he respected the guests' requests. The accommodation is close to the road, but it is quiet for sleeping. The accommodation is a short walk from the bus stop and a 5-minute walk from the beach. There is a shop and a nice restaurant on the way to the apartment. If I visit the area again, these accommodations are a clear choice.

Tulla’s is really, really fabulous accommodation! It looks like it has just been renovated and is clean and modern with lovely en-suites. There is an amazing roof terrace with beautiful views over the local beaches and towards Taormina and it also has sun loungers with umbrellas. The local beaches are only 2 minutes walk away. When you arrive you find out all the little things Tulla’s has thought of to make your stay as easy as possible. They give you a large (and free) bottle of water in your fridge, a very modern shared kitchen with free tea, coffee and popcorn, and the free use of sun umbrellas, beach towels and a thermal backpack to take to the beach. Public transport is also super easy from Tulla’s. The bus to Taormina( 1.9 euro) leaves from the sea side and only 50 metres away. The Train station(Taormina-Giardini) is a 6-8 minute walk away( there are no pavements for some of the walk but you get used to that pretty quickly.

- Francesco is super nice and helpful and really cared about our stay - rooms are new and clean and quiet (they are not facing the sea though which for me was fine as this quiet was something I needed) - location is really good, beach nearby and many bars/restaurants just under the apartment - breakfast is in the place nearby where you can have whatever you want (granita, brioche, coffeee, juice, etc) and it's good

The apartment was fresh and clean as new. The apartment was just as described and had very comfortable beds. The apartment was spacious and two bathrooms made it easy for a family of 5 to get ready quickly and also having access to a washing machine was very helpful. There was even an iron and ironing board along with a clothes horse. The host was so very friendly and accommodating. We wanted to leave our luggage earlier than check in and return from sight seeing later that day and our host was very kind to allow this. Parking was right out front.. For us the stairs up to the apartment were not an issue but it is good to know for those who might need help

The reception is very warm and helpful. They did vallet parking for us and recommended bus to Tormina, which is very easy and cheap. The breakfast is delicious and full of dishes. We had a nice stay at this seaside hotel.

Exclusive hidden villa near Taormina and Etna. Owners are so kind and helpful. It's most important. You will be definitely sad when leave them as we were. Very tasty breakfast where you can choose one day before what you want. The homemade jams from Francesco are absolutely amazing. This B&B is truly 10 from 10 and better than 5 stars hotels.     Early check-in was really helpful, no need to wait during the sun shining time outside. Very nice location close to the cheap supermarket. Very close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Support with entrance by owner via whatsapp. Very clean and nice. Close to the bus stop, so, it was easy and cheap to get from the airport. Also, for me was important that cleaning was regular in the same time, when we were on the beach. Close to the best beach in Giardini-Naxos. Staff are really nice!
