The property was gorgeous. It felt very new and fresh and clean. The bathroom in particular was pristinely clean with a great spacious shower. The room was spacious and air conditioned with a lovely shared courtyard with a private outdoor seating space. It was a quick 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town. Our only regret was not staying longer. Highly recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Il Gabbiano, the accommodation felt very luxurious with a relaxed feel and comfortable spaces inside and out. A delicious breakfast arrives in your room every morning at the time you specify and our 8 year old loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. The owner was very responsive and friendly and helped with any and all of our queries, including finding a spare phone charger when we lost ours.

The place has a beautiful charm for me. It felt very friendly and warm. The outdoor kitchen is nothing fancy but I enjoyed a lot the possibility to cook and it Was nice doing so in the garden. We also appreciated the espresso machinetta very much and there was even some coffee Powder for the guests. Great location, calm but close by everything. I'm not sure if there Was a a/c but the house is well built and the room stayed cool enough just by itself.
