The location was great, right next to the centre, and the apartment was newly renovated with top quality furniture and details. It was fully equipped with everything for shorter or longer stays and it was spotless. Highly recommended for who would like to stay for a few days and visit the area.

The attention to detail, the restoration of a very old country property with such care and amazing consideration of combining the old with modern. They have done an amazing job. This B&B is a lot nicer than the photos reflect! Enormous, comfortable room with very good mattress, beautiful fabrics, linens and modern bathroom. Lovely views out of the many windows. You make your breakfast choices the night before and its ready on your table when you get down. Many wonderful choices on offer, beautifully presented, freshly prepared and delicious. Breakfast was a feast for the eyes and tummy. Even the coffee cups are unique. I loved this place and its stylish interpretation of old features with modern details had me captivated. On arrival we enjoyed their “Madre Vite” Prosecco out in the peaceful garden together with nibbles that they kindly brought us and later we made our way to a local pizzeria just a few min drive away. Excellent pizza, excellent prices. Martina, the owner, also gave us some tips on where to drive and what to see in the area, all of which we wonderful. The staff are welcoming and friendly. This is a hidden gem of a place and we would love to return.

Super nice place! The house and garden are beautiful, the rooms are quiet and comfy. We arrived later than planned and had to leave very early but the hosts were super kind and 1) waited for us to arrive and give us a proper welcome and 2) they prepared everything so we could have a breakfast and coffee before leaving at 4am. Location wise, it's great! Close enough to Sacile. The mountains and the sea are close by if you have a car (less than 1h). The room was perfect for my partner, my dog and I. Breakfast was yummy and included all you might need. We will come back and highly recommend this place!

This guesthouse is very tastefully decorated. It's clear the owners care about using high-quality materials, with beautiful wood featured in the furniture, ceilings, and finishes. We were the only guests during our stay in the off-season, which meant we had the lovely lounge area all to ourselves—a great space with access from all the rooms. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful at night. The breakfast was delicious and our requests were kindly accommodated, despite our late evening arrival. Owners speak only italian, but somehow we managed to understand each other. Thank you so much!

    Great location close to the place if my visit, but also at the foot of the mountain with very picturesque view from the room, huge parking, good breakfast, everything you need in the room. Very friendly personnel. I once stayed in this hotel, and loved it. Since i travel for work often in this part of the country i was always trying to book this hotel, but it was always full! This time i was in luck. Didn’t visit the restaurant this time but it is fantastic, recommend. Although you have to book in advance as it is really popular
