It is very close to a bus station so getting around the city is really easy. The room was clean, staff were kind and attentive. The room is really wonderful with all the necessary amenities. Check in and check out were super speedy. A lovely stay overall - would recommend!!

The hotel has been recently refurbished and it is very comfortable and modern. Breakfast is delicious (I strongly recommend the croissants). The location is perfect because it is close to the train station and to the Duomo without the rumour and the great number of people passing by all the time. The staff is amazing and really friendly. Definitely, I'll return!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very friendly and recommended a couple of restaurants to my daughter and I for our dinner (one of which we went to and it was a very good, so excellent recommendation), and then a pasticceria (patisiserie) for the next day, which again was excellent. We both enjoyed the breakfast, which included one of the best croissants I have probably ever had. We left our bags at the accomodation whilst we walked around Prato for a few hours, unfortunately it started raining quite heavily. However the hosts were extremely kind and gave us two umbrellas (which we will return next time we visit) as well as a lift in their car to the station. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Casona Mafalda.
