Excellent room, all around. Very fun and stylish, as was the whole facility. Location was perfect; secure back entrance opens directly into the historic center, and just minutes walk to attractions and food/drink. Our room had a balcony, and overlooked the road inside the walls. I would recommend a balcony room for this purpose. The balcony was large, with 2 chairs and a table. There are also pleasant looking outside lounge areas on each floor. Although the downstairs area includes a bar and restaurant, the soundproofing is exceptional; one night, we returned to the hotel and very loud EDM music was playing in the bar, but none of the sound leaked into our room. For the season, the room's climate control had been set to a minimum 20 degrees, which was too warm for me, so we asked the reception desk and she turned off the limiter to our room and we were able to adjust the minimum and maximum at will. (A cool thing to know!) Breakfast was ordered from a menu, with abundant choices, and served quickly. Bacon and eggs was on the daily menu, and it was a treat; at least 3 or 4 eggs, fluffily scrambled, with yummy toast and 3 strips of American-style bacon.

Great location and friendly staff! The host Gianmarco is very responsive on all questions and very polite! In particular the location (on walking distance to the old center) is perfect. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. We will definitely come back!!!!

What a special place to stay. Beautiful rooms in a 16th century palazzo right in the centre of the old town, everything was thoughtful and beautifully appointed. The staff were, without exception, welcoming, warm and helpful. One of the loveliest places I have stayed in.

Excellent place to spend a few days in the beautiful city of Lecce. The facilities are immaculate and the place is very well located to explore the historic centre. We liked everything. The suites are 30s away from old town. Our family room was very spacious, modern, comfortable and impeccably kept. The temperature was cool for a heatwave. We also enjoyed the pool under the residence. The room had all the amenities we needed. We were cared for by the owner of the property and helped me in everything I needed including finding a hairdresser. We will return.

    The location was good for us as we enjoy walking. For someone who would find walking a kilometre into the Old City too far and walking to the train station quite a bit further then I would suggest you find something closer to both places. It is a quiet area, close to good cheap cafes for light meals. Close to free street parking if you have a car. The staff in the mornings were very friendly and helpful. The room very clean. The place is very secure and easy check in with communication via WhatsApp. The shower was great and the room spacious.

    The apartment is located in the historic center of Lecce, so no car parking is available, but the location is ideal to visit the city and the beaches close by. Free car parking was available only 10 minutes walking distance. Christina was a very nice host, she cared a lot about our well being and bought us even some typical Italian sweet for our arrival. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed.

    Ideal location, marko the owner could not have been nicer. Gave us fabulous recommendations for restaurants. Hotel was spotless , right beside a variety of bars and restaurants but no noise at night. As stated its only a 10 min walk to the train station so this is the ideal location for a stay in lecce

    A great place to stay when exploring Lecce! The reception greeted us upon arrival, we had no problem finding parking right outside, and the room was perfect. Very clean, a cute little balcony looking over the quiet street, comfortable bed, and nice bathroom with strong shower pressure. The location is ideal - about 5 min walk to old town. And the breakfast delivered to our room was lovely! 10/10 would stay here again.

    We had a perfect 3 nights stay. The lady owner is a super host, very kind and available. Ideal location 10 min walk from train station and across the street from gate Biagio to the old town. Very comfortable bed, spotless clean bathroom, AC and heating, TV, good wifi, small french balcony overlooking the old town, elevator. Italian breakfast in a bar across the street. We strongly recommend. Grazie per tutto Fiammetta.
