The host pietro & his wife where exceptionaly friendly and gave us a lot of knowledge of the area which made getting around so easy. The apartment was spotless clean, well equipped with everything you could possible need during your stay. The apartment was very well located to the beach, train station, restaurant and Bars but still lovely and peaceful. Pietro had all maps and information readily available which made our holiday so much more enjoyable. Pietro was available to contact at any time trough out are stay which gave us a great feeling of safety and comfort trough out our holiday. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here as train makes it very easy to travel all over Rome but still have peaceand quite location.

Boat was clean. We have three kids 8 ,7, 3 and they loved it. Everyone slept very well. The owner was brilliant and very helpful with food and taxi's. We only stayed one night but it would make a fantastic base to see Rome for a few days. Highly recommend.

Very friendly owners, answered lots of questions patiently and were very helpful about tips to restaurants or beach locations. Because the location only has 2 available rooms, sense of privacy was amazing. Overall we had an amazing experience and would strongly recommend staying here if possible

    The place is in a retro style, but very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the view of the beach is beautiful. The surrounding beaches are sandy and very beautiful. We enjoyed it. The location is close to the airport.

    The location was great near the beach and a supermarket near by. Very clean apartment and welcoming host. She met us at the apartment and showed us everything. There were beach towels, umbrella and some toys for the beach. We only stayed for one night but would recommend for longer stays.

    The owner Siliva contact me in the right time about my arrival, she was very helpful about taxi and other informations. Accomodation is cosy, great dispositions of rooms, external blinds make a fine temperature inside, the entrance very clean with nice smell :) Location is perfect, close to station to train to Roma and also close to beach, local restaurant with tasty Italian food, cafeteria, grocery.

    The host welcomed me himself, showed me the room which was fully equipped, it was very clean, meticulously well organized, I was amazed, the has was very kind, this place has the advantage of being close to the beach only 20 min walk, and close to Rome the main tourist city about 25 min train and metro which are very good and cheap, I will come back and definitely recommend this place ❤️

Very clean, cozy and bright apartment, convenient that there is an elevator, the apartment is located on the second floor and also has a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for life: tea, coffee, sugar, seasonings, small breakfast, towels. Ideal for relaxation we enjoyed the peace
