Such a beautiful small town to stay in! We were personally met for check-in which made for a nice welcome. The apartment is tastefully decorated & it was very clean plus had everything needed to make a meal in the kitchen. The views from the front porch are amazing. If you want something quiet & in a small town then I recommend staying here.

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were delighted with the stunning views from our balcony and the amenities provided. A special mention goes to the owner of the apartments, who was incredibly helpful when we discovered a flat tire on our car one morning. He immediately assisted us in getting it fixed, which saved our day and allowed us to continue our trip without any major disruptions. I definitely recommend everyone to stay at this place!

This accommodation is simply fabulous! A private small estate overlooking Civita, surrounded by complete silence, peace and harmony. The cave apartment is extremely cozy, tasteful and comfortable, it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can bake and cook. You can park for free in front of the church near the apartment. No one but you can enter the garden belonging to the apartment. The owner only speaks Italian, but we understood each other and she was extremely nice! I think I could stay here for as long as I want and look at the wonderful panorama from the garden!

The view from the apartment looked directly toward Civita di Bagnoregio - beautiful! Our host was very friendly and provided breakfast and a tasty marble cake. Free, safe car parking was less than 50m away from the apartment. A really enjoyable place to stay.

It is a separate house on the mountain road, there are no other facilities around. The house has been renovated and is clean and tidy. However, the internal settings feel a little flashy. For example, there is no necessary washing machine or hair dryer, but equipped with an iron and ironing board. There is a coffee machine, but no capsules are provided. The restroom is very large, but the bathroom is very small, and it is also slightly cramped for an adult to bathe alone. The most important thing is that there is no Wi-Fi！！！Of course, the owner also wrote it in the introduction, but I didn't read it carefully when I booked a room. We arrived at 10 p.m. that day，although I had been apologising, the owner was still very unhappy and urged us to check out before 10 o'clock the next morning. The next morning, our children had breakfast outside the house. After communicating with the owner, he agreed to let us check out at 10:30. So the children finished breakfast under his watch, and we left with the unfinished food embarrassedly.

    The location is great, my girlfriend even filmed everything to have it as a model for our future home. For the money you pay, you actually get a whole house with bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. You can easily see the quality of the finishing is very good and very much good taste was used when renovating it. It was very clean the kitchen fully accessorized. Even with a fireplace. The view to the Civita di Bagnoregio is great and even if this old mountain top village was not on our list, we changed our schedule to include it.

    Very friendly staff. Spacious room, very clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. The property has different types of accommodation in old building and renovated. We stayed in the renovated but had a small tour to see the older part where there is also a beautiful church. The locations is very convenient to see Bagnioreggio, Orvieto and other beautiful towns nearby.

    Everything! The cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. Fabulous bed, working shower, good wifi, great air conditioning, and of course the VIEW of all views! Truly SPECTACULAR! Plus the town is quaint. Quiet peaceful yet there's life in it. Beautiful restaurants and bars right beside, and a super location for visiting other places, such as Bolsena, Orvieto and of course Civita di Bagnoregio.

    The host Antonio, was very pleasant and accommodated our needs of check-in and check-out without a fuss. Much appreciated Antonio, you made out stay unforgettable! The location is convenient to reach Civita di Bagnoregio and the view from the garden is superb. There is also a cozy veranda for the cold winter evening to snuggle up while enjoying the view. The room is warm and comfy and if needed there is also a real log burner fireplace to enhance the romantic mood.
