The exceptional hosts Sonia and Sandro! The place that is very calm, cosy and exactly same as pictures, the great and warm hospitality, The amazing flexibility about almost everything!! Their ultimate goal is just to exceed your expectations! They texted us the day before we arrive, we shared the flight arrival time, so they waited for us, then we had an issue picking up the rental car in the airport which caused more hours of delay, they were texting us all the time just like your friends would do, and they even offered to help. Finally we got things sorted and arrived after midnight. What made our night so peaceful after the airport hustle was them waiting for us without rushing and when we arrived they both received us outside, it literally felt like arriving home! This is just one small thing out of so many great things to speak about how Sonia and Sandro are caring and lovely people before being exceptional hosts! Not to mention the great breakfast experience they offer, the healthy and delicious food (she’s a cooking coach:) ), etc. Trust us to say that they will make you feel no stranger at all!

Nice staff at the reception and on the territory. Everything is comfortable in the rooms - pillows/mattress/shower/balcony/view. There is an elevator. Free transfer to the center of Como and paid transfer to/from the airport. Excellent area with sun loungers by the pool. There are additional beach towels in the room. The staff carried the luggage to the room - now very few hotels offer such a service.

    Very beautiful property with a wonderful garden. The location is great with a car, and a supermarket is very close.Masimo, the host was very kind. He treated us like his family. On the first night we came late - he ordered us food and didn't want to charge for it. We stayed for 4 nights, he really helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was fresh and tasty also. 10 is well deserved for this place.
