My stay at the Monterosa Residence was extremely positive. Alessia, the manager, was always available, friendly, professional and helpful. The location was great, quiet yet in the town center, with balconies with fine views of the Monte Rosa. Restaurants, ton center and grocery store all within 200m. Comfortable room, bed, bathroom and a very pleasant garden for relaxing in view of the mountains. Plus Macugnaga is an historic, unspoiled mountain town, ideal for hiking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just incredible. The room was lovely and silent, bed was comfy, nice hot shower, the location was perfect and the breakfast.... AMAZING! Highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely worth it.

What a magnificent experience. Mikhaela (I hope this is the correct spelling of her name) was lovely and helped us with everything during our stay. She even offered to carry my suitcase upstairs.
