Large comfortable apartment with a living room and separate bedroom. The apartment has everything needed including a stove with an oven, lots of dishes, cooking utensils and wifi. I especially enjoyed a private patio area where you can read or have meals. The owner is very kind and is extremely responsive. He will give you good advice and make your stay comfortable. Use GPS coordinates to get to the property, they are accurate.

My stay was relaxing, bed is really comfortable and the rooms are well located a bit outside Trabia noisy center but with enough foods shops and supermarket around. Access to highway is 5mn away. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend these rooms for anyone visiting northern part and Palermo.

The photos from the offer dows not show how great the place turned out to be!!! Located in the small village, in the zone where locals sit outside, all doors open wide, smells with delicious food they are making, just beautiful. The car can be parked anywhere where is free apace just outside the apartment, mind that the streeta are very narrow but its ok for small car like Ford Fiesta. The aparment has ground floor entrace and by walking up narrow steps you enter the main bedroom with bathroom, when you go up there is fully equipped kitchen and the terrece overlooking all aroud. All so cozy, spacious, clean, smelling nicely, air conditioned, smart tv, close by walk to very nice restaurants and cute beach and Caletta Sant Elia which you must see. Samuele has thought of everinthing in the apartment so you will feel taken care of, including recommendations of attractions close by. We have been to Greek ruins of Solunto and you must go there too! We have been there only one night by we wish to come back!

    The house is really comfy!! It has a lot of facilities and is very clean. I think it is great to stay with family or friends, and is located in a calm place with a lot of nature, which make it fresh in the summer nights. The owner is also sooo kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.

    Beautiful house. Stayed there for a week with family, everything was amazing. The location was very good 30 min to Palermo, 1h to Cafalu, with a car. Close is a good beach. Host is amazing, very nice person. And the view is spectacular!

    Super accommodation and great facilities and hosts who were very helpful. Highly recommend but this is 30 miles from Cefalu and in a very quiet location with no facilities so you definitely need a car.

    Very nice modern house, nicely furnished and equipped with all you may need. Bedrooms are large and comfy, each with a bathroom. There is AC in all rooms, which will be important in the summer. The house is very clean and well kept. Location is good, close to Cefalu and not far from Palermo. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the house. We spent a very pleasant time. Highly recommended.
