This is a fantastic place! The owners are kind and very professional, the place is quiet, tranquil, beautiful and just the place you need after a busy day sightseeing. The food is fantastic, home made and goes with fantastic Umbrian wine. The kindness and thoughtfulness of Roberto and Carla was way beyond my expectations. I would love to come back and have a longer stay.

Beautiful property owned and managed by beautiful people (kindly communicating via phone translator for us). Our room was very clean and had a terrace - we watched the sunset over the countryside with a glass of wine in the evening. Sweet little Italian breakfast provided the following morning :)

These people are kindness embodied, the place is heaven on earth. Bonus points for the our new favorite cat! I liked everything, beautiful location in the middle of the Umbria countryside. Well maintained holiday farm, comfortable and clean room, beautiful pool with view of the valley. Excellent breakfast and service, Nicola super nice and friendly manager who gave us helpful advices. Well located, only half hour to Perugia, 40 minutes to Assisi which is very worth visiting. Marsciano, only 10 minutes driving also offers excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I would love to go back there again.

Beautiful property, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Restaurant cozy with excellent food, prices on higher side. SPA needs to be pre-reserved and it is an extra charge. Pool area looks nice, but we didnt use it because it was a rainy day.

    The location is remote, so you will need a car. On the plus side, the owner (Federico) and his family could not do enough to help you. If you are after peace and quiet or a central location to explore Umbria from, this is the best place to be.

    Very nice apartment ideally located in Umbria within an hour of driving to the main touristic places (Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, etc.) The wether was quite cold during our stay but the apartment was nice and warm. Friendly owners.
