The apartment was the cleanest place we stayed, great kitchen, lovely spotless bathroom. Really nice outside patio area for relaxing with hammocks. Lovely lady owner was so welcoming. 5 mins walk to bars restaurants, very nice town to wander around. We extended our stay because it was such a great place to stay

Such a lovely stay in Lioni! Visiting the birthplace of my grandfather and we had such a great time! The hostess was kind and gave us some tips on what to do and see in the town! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet get away.

Everything…it was so peaceful, the accommodation was so clean and comfortable. Joanna cooked tasty clean food every morning for breakfast and could not have been more accommodating. She recommended local restaurants for evening meals and her calm knowledgeable presence made the stay even more pleasant. A perfect place to get away from the daily grind and relax. I can’t wait to visit this place again.

The hotel was very good, in every aspect. We were very happy to put the car on the private parking. On arriving on a Sunday, we were surprised to see a lot of people in the street close to the hotel. We thought there was some festivity going on, but there are crowds in town each sunday, as this is the place of a very well known sanctuary : San Gerardo di Massi.

    A warm, friendly, professional and very attentive host .... just perfect! Location excellent with secure parking on the property at our front door, and plenty of cafe/bars and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The whole town was friendly and the streets were clean and very well kept.
