What an amazing find this place was. I found it relatively last minute and what a deal I found. I cannot fault anything about the property. It is a little bit out of the way of the city but still easily accessible by bus or train from Milan. The room was clean, spacious, the WiFi was great and the bathroom was right next door. I also had full use of the remainder of the apartment which was great. Especially as there was a kitchen, washing machine etc. For only 30 euros this is probably the best deal I have ever found. What a place. If I'm ever back in Milan I will definitely stay here again.

The flat was very clean and cozy. The double bed super comfortable and there was a little lovely balcony where we had breakfast. The communication was excellent at all times. Highly recommended.

The host was super nice and was ready to help with anything. Everyone in the building was also nice and location wise it was pretty accessible with metro station being 5 minute walk away. Super nice accomodation with everythig neccessary for a comfortable stay!

Very cosy and stylish apartments. Linen, towels, everything is clean. There are kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories, all necessary things. A lot of free parking places on the street. We arrived at 11pm, there were no problems with it. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved Il Mulino. The building has been very well restored and the location is very rural and peaceful, although it’s not far from the Milan ring road. Our room was quite spacious, simply but comfortably furnished and had a nice shower room. We ate in the restaurant and had an excellent meal - all good local stuff, very simple but beautifully cooked and excellent value. Breakfast was very good too. The lady who owns the place was very friendly, as was her assistant. All the rooms are fitted with bug screens, and there’s air-con, so no problems with insects (although I’d recommend insect-repellent if you want to eat outside (it’s a water mill after all). Il Mulino is excellent value, especially as the price includes parking. We’d definitely recommend it and hope to stay again.

We had a lovely stay! The flat is superb, super clean, comfortable and equipped with all the facilities you need. We especially loved the balcony- really opens up the space. The host was also extremely helpful and responded to our messages promptly. Would recommend!
