Great modern hotel with all the amenities! Beautiful spacious room, large bathroom and perfect cleanliness everywhere. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Venice Mestre station was about a 10 minute walk, also 3-5 minutes away were many cafes, a large supermarket and a great inexpensive breakfast place.

A good access point to Venice without being in among too many tourists. The room we got was very neat, clean. Breakfast was a buffet - very good choices. Good price for what we got! Recommended. Bonus: staff were friendly and accommodating, both morning and evening staff! They held our luggage for us before the room was ready.

Very flexible staff. We arrived at 9.30 AM and we wanted to change the breakfast plan. In fact we took the breakfast in first day and we renounced at the breakfast in last day. The receptionist discussed with cleaning personal and pay attention to our room. At 10.30AM was ready for accomodation. Very quiet area.

Absolutely everything! Casa Laguna Escape exceeded all my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and filled with natural light, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. They provided me with a personalized list of the best places to visit in the area, including train and bus routes to specific destinations, as well as insider tips that saved me hours of planning and made my stay incredibly smooth. The location is perfect—just across the road from the bus station, with bus 4L running every 10 minutes and a quick 20-minute ride to Venice. The rooms are spacious, come with balconies, and are thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was spotless, with an amazing shower that had unbelievable water pressure. Everything a traveler could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen. The family managing the property was incredibly kind and cooperative. The thoughtful touches, like two bottles of water and a bowl of fruit in each room, were much appreciated. Additionally, they allowed us to park all day, so we could use the bus to Venice and avoid the steep parking costs there. I would recommend this place without hesitation—it’s a gem! Questo

We stayed at Yaya's House for a couple of nights 17th to 19th March. There is good public transport into Venice and costs just 3 Euros for a return ticket that you buy from the Tobacco shop nearby. This gets you to the boats that you then take to get to Venice costing 9 euros each way. Guiseppe owns this place and is very helpful guiding you about Venice and the good restaurants (not the touristy ones) although we did not have the time to explore these due to limited time but had a lovely home cooked meal. The house was clean and very spacious with cooking facilities and laundry, shower etc. Towels are provided. Ideal place to rest for the night before heading out again in the morning to what ever you want to do. Buses start from around 5.00 am if you want to get to Rialto market early. The house is about a 15 minute drive from the airport. There is a big supermarket nearby- about a 7 minute walk with lots of lovely fresh veg and fruits and massive meat and fresh fish counters. If you are looking for a room with a view then this may not be the place. However you get a nice place to rest that is clean and welcoming. There is free parking on the street and it is safe as it is a nice quiet residential area. There is wifi in the property.

Everything was splendid! Make sure you have time to enjoy this apartment because it’s really tasteful and luxurious. It’s a spacious apartment of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room with a dining zone, kitchen and an amazing terrace. Provided with all the necessary equipment and utilities. Parking on the territory of the house is an advantage. Easy check in and check out.

    The location of the property is ideal if your budget doesn’t stretch to Venice itself and in all honesty, the standard compared with what we viewed there was very similar to this but at a fraction of the cost. the included breakfast is also great and the free parking!

    Bungalow was perfect for us well equipped very clean perfect location for Venice cheap local bus service into Venice, there is a Lidl 15 minute walk away there is a clubhouse on site with bar and they have a good menu the reception and bar staff were all friendly and excellent at there job really enjoyed our stay

    We really enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect location and very clean. Bus stop only couple minutes walk which takes you straight to Venice and the airport . There are really nice restaurants nearby too and bars with affordable prices. Would highly recommend staying here. The host was amazing too very helpful throughout our stay.

    Great location to start your venture to Venice - short walk (4 minutes) to the train station with several cheap and fast possibilities to get to venice, shops and restaurants in walking distance (a good supermarket in 50 m), good and secure parking in front of the Appartment, landlord is very friendly and eager to help - it was very clean and the Appartment had everything you need - I can definitely recommend the Appartment

    Great location for buses from St Marco airport and into town. Very clean and comfortable chalet with comfortable beds, basic but perfect for a base to see Venice. Friendly helpful staff with easy check in and help buying transport tickets. Restaurant sold good very reasonably priced food and drinks, it was much cheaper than Venice so worth eating there if on a budget. As a solo female traveller I felt extremely safe in this location. It’s a 5 minute walk to bus stop and a 10 minute ride over to Venice.
