The apartment is very nice, clean and offers high quality amenities. There was no compromise with anything - we had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable, it is 15 min walking distance from Modena city center and 8 min walk from Ferrari museum. Great location. Apartment has super easy and smart access system for self check in that works exceptionally well. Massimo was very polite and supportive host, he answered all our questions, recommended great restaurants nearby 2 of which we had dinners in and they were really worth it.

This apartment must surely rank as one of the best we've stayed at in all our European travels. The place is spacious and bright and the fixtures and fittings are high-end.     the owners were extremely kind, available for absolutely everything we needed, dedicated and ready to help. they recommended us a great place to eat, helped with parking in other locations, really phenomenal. the house is beautiful, the apartment is huge and spacious, they left us cold refreshments in the fridge, the apartment is very clean and tidy. I would definitely come again and recommend it to everyone
