    The location was perfect and it took 5 min walk to the beach. The room was very clean and breakfast was prepared and served outside in the garden. Denise is very lovely and always willing to help. I reccomend this accomodation.

    Great location for a summer holiday at the beach! Noto is 15 minutes away by car and the beach is right in front of the property! The owners are very friendly and they make your stay even more pleasant. The apartment is big, everything is quite new, privat parking space in front of the apartment. Very good breakfast.

    The beautiful, clean room with possibility to use common kitchen. Very nice garden, ideal to relax. It is about 5 minutes to the see, with nice,wide beach and clear see water. Denise is very kind and helpful.

    Lovely apartment, with everything we needed for our stay, also very clean! Perfect location close to the marina only 5 min walking to the beach and close to amenities ! The host has been very helpful and friendly and has made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. We will definitely recommend this holiday apartment ❤️

    Location in a quiet area, very close to city of Noto and its monuments and close to a nice beach. We rented a big apartment in a villa outside of the main property , but with private swimming pool and a nice garden. Ideal for short (we spent there 2 nights) and longer stays. Excellent and helpful staff , rich breakfast (at 2 minutes drive through green forest of lemon trees! )

    Fantastic location and easy access to the beautiful beaches and places. The Room and Balcony were ideal with private space and very comfortable. All staff were very helpful and they even catered for my gluten free requirements with specially baked food, thank you so much!!!

    Excellent location of the property, right on the beach, sun beds available at no extra cost, quiet location. Cute apartment with all the necessary amenities, spotlessly cleaned. The efficient communication with the owner. Signora P. is a very nice lady always available to fulfil any of the guest's requests. We were very happy with our stay and can recommend to anyone looking for the nice relaxing escape to the quiet beach. All you hear is the sound of the sea ... We loved it!
