We stayed here for our 25th anniversary trip to Italy on our way from the Lake Como area and before visiting Portofino and the Cinque Terre and Tuscany. The hotel was very kind to upgrade us to a beautiful bay view with balcony. It was spectacular. We had a drink there and then ate in their restaurant, which was good. Breakfast was also very good and had lots of options. Espresso drinks were wonderful. I chose this hotel because it also had a nice gym, and I enjoyed it and its spectacular view. We were hoping to eat at the seaside restaurant and sit by the pool because the weather was in the 80s, but they were clsoed for the season. :( We visited Santa Marguirita Ligure, which was lovely, for lunch, and very close by.

The apartment is clean, spacious, and fully equipped for four people. The town itself is incredibly charming, and you can take a boat to Portofino and other nearby spots. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the seaside. In the town center, there are plenty of shops and cafés—something for everyone. And most importantly, the host is warm, respectful, and always ready to help. Truly a heartfelt recommendation!

    We really liked the location in the mountains with cold breeze and calm atmosphere. The cottage was spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. The terrace with the view was excellent for spending some time with friends in the evening.

    Views were fabulous from this lofty location and the house is roomy. However we found the property to be unsuitable for our own purposes and had to re-book another stay in a different location. Matteo was kind enough to make a considerable partial refund despite his own losses we we think this is very commendable.
