I don't even know where to begin. This place was exceptional! My family and I took the ferry to Bellagio, and as soon as we disembarked, the hotel was right in front our eyes! What else could we do but jump for joy as we did not have to carry our luggage up a hill as we were doing for almost 2 weeks! Entry was super fast and easy. There was also a lift in the building! We were escorted to our rooms, which were amazing! The size of the room, the king size bed which were so comfortable I did not want to leave the next morning, the bathroom was also big and spacious with a separate shower and a tub, the room decor, the amenities, we just loved everything! We even went to the spa to relax for a bit before heading for dinner. The next day, we unfortunately had to check out, so we had breakfast with a view overlooking the lake. Breakfast was self-serve, and there were various items to choose from (Cereal, fruits, yogurt, croissants; plain, chocolate etc, scrambled eggs, salad, different types of cheese, cold cuts and more). This was one of the best stays my family and I had in Italy! Will definitely return!

I really liked the apartments, they have everything you could need. hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels. the kitchen has a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board (often these things are not available). very heavy. the location and the view through the windows are perfect! Thank you very much! I will definitely recommend you to my friends

    It was an amazing stay, the host is very friendly and helpful, she answered all our questions and helped us when we needed. Apartaments are very clean, cozy and looked even better than in photos. The surrounding area is the nice village with very nice view and the beach, the beach is so close, just need to cross the street. The breakfast was delicious. For this price you get very good quality for your stay. We are sure we would come back again.

    Excellent, very clean, dog-friendly accomodation with a nice view to the lake. Bars and the beach just a few steps from the house. Bellagio is just 15 minutes by car. Francesca was super kind and very helpful. We surely will return.

    Max is an excellent host he was waiting for us on arrival. The flat is very clean and tidy and has everything you need even a small balcony overlooking the lake. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
