The place really exceeded our expectations, modern cottage, clean and well-maintained, spacious living-room and terrace with picturesque view on hilly countryside to enjoy during breakfast. Also very helpful and kind host in case of any need. We definitely stay in the same place during our next visit to Marche.

The hosts of this property were amazing! I had difficulty with a ticket for a concert I was to attend and he went out of his way to help us. He offered to accompany us to see the city and every morning he served us our cappuccino and breakfast. The location is very close to the theatre for events. It was very clean, the pool was refreshing on a hot day. We cannot say enough about this place and our amazing host. We will gladly return. I would rate it 12 out of a possible 10.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The owner went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and waited also our arrival in Macerata. Walking distance to everything downtown. Eleonora was delightful and eager to help! A huge thank you! Will recommend it to my friends!
