The location is good to visit Cinque Terre if you go by car. We parked the car in La Spezia and used the train to visit Cinque Terre. La Spezia and Porto Venere is easily accessible by car. The apartment is big enough with clean and nice toilets. beds were nice, enough and good blankets provided. Kitchen is small but good enough. Free car park, supermarket nearby. Easy and confortable online check-in. The owner proactively contacted me the day before and provided instruction how to find the key along with passcode. very convenient.

Awesome place to be, very close to the beach with nice view on the Gulf of Poets. Rooms were very clean, everything was in place. Very helpful people. Definitely recommended!

Very clean and quiet studio. Loved how easy everything was. Proper air condition made the room very comfortable. Nice shower, which although may be a bit small space for some people. Lighting in the room was nice! We had coffee and tea in the room and a small fridge and those were really needed :) bed wasn’t too bad but I can imagine it to be too firm for some people. Staff was so lovely, we were very pleased to stay at Lina’s!

    Our idea was to visit Cinque Terre, so the location if you go by car is perfect, close to La Spezia to catch the train at the central station. The owner was very kind, he shared basic information with us and they have a free check-in system which makes it very convenient especially when you arrive at night. The house has what is necessary for short stays and was clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed for the kids was fine too.
