Large apartment with very good amenities, sheets and towels very clean, free car park just by the flat, nice terrace. Very good for a quick sleep over before the flight from Pisa airport. Good pizza place just round the corner until 3 AM and Lidl shop 900m away.

Outstanding villa with authentic Tuscan charm. Sergio and Gianni were wonderfully helpful and friendly hosts, providing warm hospitality and truly luxurious accommodation. We were a family of seven staying for two weeks, and the villa was comfortable for everyone. A car is essential to reach the many destinations you’ll want to explore—beaches, wineries, and beautiful Tuscan towns such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, and San Gimigniano. There are plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, and even a local food market nearby. The amenities were exactly as described, including separate bathrooms for each bedroom, which made our stay even more convenient.

It was a beautiful and excellent stay. They welcomed us in the best way and they were wonderful, kind people. I had an accident in my car. My tire burst. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and the temperature was 35. My family and I were in the street. When I called them, they came quickly in a car and took my family. They helped us, calmed us down and took us home. My wife, children and I were scared and the temperature was high. The owner of the house brought everything we needed from the market. He fixed the tire of the car and did not charge anything for his service. He told me that we are guests and we must help you. I offered him money but he refused. He said that we must help the guests. They were the height of kindness and honesty. They were friendly with us. I advise everyone to visit this beautiful and safe house. If you have a problem, do not worry, they will solve the problem for you for free. Rest assured. Their motto is cleanliness, honesty, and assistance. They are wonderful people.

    The location was really good, it was quite during the night. It takes 23 minutes by car to get to the Livorno port. The host was very nice. They prepared breakfast before our departure at 6 o'clock. Very spacious apartment.

    Ample rooms, very clean, easy check in, very well equipped kitchen, great showers. We had a problem with the AC at first and owner was extremely helpful and solved it quickly, we felt taken care of and left very happy. Very good price for the season, location is just a couple minutes from a big street with lots of buses to pontedera and Pisa. Also very good location if you want to visit other towns in the region. Very recommended
