This is a really cute property (or whole town!) with an amazing history. We were on a road trip in Italy and booked this place as it was a good halfway point to our next destination and we were looking for something in the hills, quiet, just to enjoy beautiful scenery and have a great dinner. We got exactly that! We really enjoyed walking around the town and reading about the history of the place. We loved chatting to the staff, whether they were working in the bar, restaurant, or the wine shop - everyone was super friendly. Our room was a whole apartment, and had windows overlooking rolling hills. We really loved this place and are so happy we stopped here!

It was our second stay there, and they kept their standards very high. It is an enchanting place, full of charm and history, with comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner, and a very welcoming staff. We would most gladly return again when visiting Umbria, a special region of Italy.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Pellegrini friendly. Good breakfast, could essentially have whatever you desired. Owners even drove us to a restaurant and arranged for the restaurant to drive us back to the B&B. Highly recommend.

Wonderful rooms superbly detailed, and perhaps most importantly, very good mattresses. Warm, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Excellent, high quality breakfast with locally sourced and home baked delicacies exquisitely presented. Aesthetics rule the premises. Imagine unique museum-level wall paintings from the 13th century in the main hall! Simply breathtaking. We will be back, I promise!
