Everything was clean and the place is way nicer than in the photos. We even had a wonderful time late at night in the garden when we saw hundreds of fireflies, something so unique and special. The place has definetly something special, can't be described in words.

Lovely comfortable room, beautiful garden & handy location! The in-room sauna was just amazing! What a rare treat. The price was a bargain. We had to book another night! Coffee machine in kitchen was good too :) Very friendly & helpful host.

Great place - newly built in a green area, so no worries about rumours in the night - but also close to city center....., great garden, very friendly host and breakfast staff (the breakfast is more italian style but with cake done by the owner..so i was pretty satisfied by it).....i liked the B&B a lot and will come back, if the Giro d'Italia is around...a very personal remark: .the toilet is great...never had such a gimmick, but i already miss it a lot....,-)

Amazing room, would highly recommend, just perfect! Spotlessly clean, really well designed. We loved having the sauna & hot tub. Plus the fire is super cool. Loved our 2 night stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Pizza was good too!

Light and airy. Beautiful interior design. Particularly the colour palette and the choice fabric for flooring, bathroom tiles and window dressings. Clever use of a small space to provide all the utilities necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owner spoke no English and I spoke no Italian but this did not stop really good communication between us.

    View, location, local bars are amazing. The lake which is gorgeous is 6 min drive and worth a visit. The madam who ran the place was really warm and nice to us. The place is worth every £.

    Lovely house in a very quiet scenic location. From the Balcony we overlooked several mountains . The room and bathroom were excellent. The owner of the property was really friendly and helpful, although we did not speak Italian we managed to communicate. The breakfast was good and the cakes were fabulous.
