We stayed here just one night, but it was a truly lovely experience. The property is spacious and peaceful, with a large pool and beautiful surroundings — perfect for relaxing. It’s not far from Viterbo, so it was a great stop during our trip. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. In the morning, they surprised me for my birthday with a small celebration — even bringing out a cake with candles! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay unforgettable. We really appreciated the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet escape with great hospitality.

We had a fabulous stay at Patrizia’s property. She communicated very well before our arrival and her friend Alessandro met us at the property to help translate and show us around/how everything works. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had so many little extras such as a hair straightener as well as a hair dryer and different types of snacks. Patrizia had kindly left a bottle of local wine to be enjoyed which was really appreciated. It was great having a little kitchen to prepare and store our food, the bed was very comfortable and extra blankets had been provided in case it was colder in the evening. The shower was easy to use. We could park our car right outside which was so convenient. The property is also a very short walk to the local restaurant: Trattoria Pizzeria da Claudio which we enjoyed both nights of our stay. Really enjoyed everything and would highly recommend.

The house belongs to an old couple who welcomed us very well. Even though they had to use online translation app to communicate with us (we do not speak Italian), we managed to clarify everything and even had a very pleasant chat with them. We arrived in the evening and they offered us very delicious homemade dinner with local and homemade products. The breakfast was delicious too. This place is surrounded by vine and olive fields which made the whole atmosphere very romantic and traditional even in the winter time. The nearby town with its historical city center is also a must visit place. We will be glad to visit this place again.

    Liked the tranquille location in Umbrian countryside. The pool is really small, but sufficient to chill after the whole (very hot) day of sightseeing. Liked chatting with the host about this & that. 3 dogs. One very friendly black Cocker Spaniel and 2 white ones (don’t know the breed), out of which one is a real watch dog, and the other one is quite timid, but we befriended the next morning.

    Gaia was a lovely host who greeted us upon arrival & baked a beautiful cake for us for breakfast. The pool was set amongst a gorgeous garden full of flowers & very clean. Comfortable bed, really good shower pressure & well stocked kitchen.

    The accommodation was a little house on the side of a hill with great views of Orvieto and the countryside. The house had good food supplies, and they provided a special dessert for us. The rooms were comfortable. They can also arrange a hot tub. The surrounding countryside is good for walking, with views of Orvieto in the distance. There is a safe grass area for playing with small children. The staff were very helpful. We felt it was a beautiful location to see this part of Italy.
