We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

The staffs were excellent and the restaurant below had the best tiramisu I've ever tried in Italy. it was our last stop after a 15days trip in italy. The breakfast was top notch. I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing hosts!! We arrived waaay too late in the evening, passed check-in and bedtime...... But they were so sweet and helpful and we ended up staying two nights. We felt at home and the hosts did everything to make us feel welcome. Very genuine people! The area was really nice for dogwalks and we had lovely breakfasts in the garden. This place exceeded our expectations by far! Would 100% recommend :) Didn't have the chance to try the restaurant, but it looked so cozy too. Good parking just outside.

We stayed for one night as a young couple on a low budget and appreciated several aspects of the property. The house was fully equipped and came with a generous selection of food and drinks for breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was also a big plus—right by the lake and conveniently close to Lugano, Gandria, and Brè, making it easy for us to explore the area without much hassle.

    Stunning location, loved the layout of the hotel- even when it was busy, it didn’t feel crowded. Ideal for families and couples alike. Really super service- friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. Very nice food. It is a real find and we would certainly go back.

    the apartment is very clean and smells nice, it has everything you need, the location is very central. it was still winter when we stayed there, so we turned on the pellet stove in the hallway, it was so cosy that we pulled a chair at night next to the stove and drank our wine there instead of the living room. the apartment is very good value for money

    Hotel Concordia exceeded our expectations with its spacious, fully-equipped apartment-style room. Each room had air conditioning, and the newly renovated bathroom was spotless. The stuff running the restaurant and the hotel where all lovely and incredibly polite! The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was stunning. We regret not staying an extra day in beautiful Porlezza. The hotel's restaurant open until 11 PM was convenient after a long day, and there's a 24/7 supermarket just a 5-minute drive away.

    Beautiful location on the Italian side of Lake Lugano, complete on it's own with a small beach, splash pools and water slide, spa, a playground, a fish and turtle pond, childcare and three restaurants. The place was spotless. The service was exceptional! I mean really! Everyone smiles and it felt they are genuinely interested in the people around. They waived off the charges for our second child. :) and sent us bottles of water for the drive back. I've never had that before. We'll definitely go back again.
