From the minute we arrived we were estatic about the location to the water, the friendly welcome and service getting our bags to our room. The large area of a sitting room, bedroom and bath was a nice surprise. We headed out right away and as we passed the desk we asked numerous questions about the area and if the water and other products in the little fridge were free. The desk clerk said they were free and answered all of our questions. The location to the restaurants and shops was amazing, as well as the easy walk to the beautiful church and monestary. We did not want to check out the next day, it was so perfect! The owner called us a taxi to get us to the train station and someone hauled our bags up the hill and got the luggage in the car for us. I will visit again….we loved every minute!

Right from the start this hotel has been fabulous! The location is perfect, our room was stunning…twin balconies overlooking the beach!, car parking space right outside, super friendly & helpful staff who spoke perfect English (especially Mattia) delicious food & wonderful decor!     Very friendly staff who were keen to please, breakfast was lovely with a good choice. The location could not have been better, it is in the main square of Portofino. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and well equipped.

    This apartment was ideally located, only a short walk from the centre of Portofino, in a nice quiet location. The owners could not have been more helpful, and were always on hand to answer questions or provide recommendations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and great shower. There was everything you could ever need in an apartment. And the air conditioning was really good. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.
