This place is perfect for anyone looking for a unique, yet affordable stay in Portofino (lovely short walk to Portofino). What the property is doing there in terms of living from the land and providing affordable accommodation in a generally very pricy area, should be commended. The walk is manageable and doesn’t require you to be an expert hiker, though it will be easier in a good pair of shoes and with a backpack. That being said my boyfriend did it in loafers and a regular pulley bag. - So doable. The room was very spacious and I loved the mattress. I slept great. I loved the nut butter, what I think was cherry jam, coffee and juice at breakfast. Ask them about their story, it’s very interesting.

Right from the start this hotel has been fabulous! The location is perfect, our room was stunning…twin balconies overlooking the beach!, car parking space right outside, super friendly & helpful staff who spoke perfect English (especially Mattia) delicious food & wonderful decor!     Very friendly staff who were keen to please, breakfast was lovely with a good choice. The location could not have been better, it is in the main square of Portofino. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and well equipped.

    This apartment was ideally located, only a short walk from the centre of Portofino, in a nice quiet location. The owners could not have been more helpful, and were always on hand to answer questions or provide recommendations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and great shower. There was everything you could ever need in an apartment. And the air conditioning was really good. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.
