The location is lovely and near beaches in Pula and Chia. It is also a good location for South Sardinia. It is peaceful and a relaxing area to be. However, you would need a car to travel to and from the villa which was ok for us since we have hired one. the staff is so lovely, specially Daniela and Valentino who were both so helpful. They also helped us find a winery tour.

Lovely apartment with lots of space. Very clean and well thought out with a hot tub to use in the garden. Facilities also included a washing machine, very useful mid holiday and convenient parking just out front. Location was great for us, very convenient and well stocked supermarket within 2 minutes, 5 minute drive to Nora archeological site and lagoon for history and bird watching. Ideal location for the Sardinia Ironman 70.3 at Santa Margherita di Pula. Short drive to a number of lovely local beaches and about 20 minutes from Chia from where you can drive the beautiful Costa del Sud to Porto di Teulada.

Wonderful place to stay, all is very clean, great beds, cosy rooms and a lovely garden with jacuzzi. The warm water end of April was just wonderful in the jacuzzi. Albert, the owner prepares a deliciouse breakfast in the morning. I can only recommend this place :) we really enjoyed the time here .

Perfect place to stay. close to the town and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed including a washing line! A big comfortable bed, lots of storage, great wifi, lots of natural light, a lovely balcony outside and nice big bathroom with a good shower. The breakfast was amazing and a lot of variety with local products. Good coffee too. Would highly recommend

great breakfast, delicious home-made cakes baked by the owner, real Italian breakfast. laying by the swimming pool is a great way to finish the day with a spritz the host, Lady Franca, is the kindest of all, we wanted to hug her at the check-out, just didn't have the courage to do so. it was a wonderful place, pity that we have discovered it only at the last day of our Sardinian holiday

    This is a lovely property with everything you need , like a home away from home. Carefully decorated, it’s absolutely charming and spotless. Great location a short walk to the centre of Pula town which has a lively atmosphere in the evening with lots of restaurants, bars and gelaterias. The apartment is easy to get to from the main roads and ideal to explore the region by car. There’s also a supermarket around the corner. Private parking in the shade very useful. Antonella is an amazing host, the embodiment of Sardinian hospitality.

    The chaps here are perfect hosts, breakfast is great, lots of choice. The room we had with the balcony was ideal and the location right by the sea gave us a lovely cooling breeze. If we are back in the area we would definitely revisit.

    What an amazing holiday. The location was spot on it was so peaceful, and the beach was only a 5 minute walk. The staff were great and went above a beyond. The pool and grounds were spotlessly clean. The little apartment had everything you needed. I would definitely go back and would highly recommend it.

    Heated swimming pool was really nice. Good shower, comfortable bed. Rooms were cleaned daily, kitchenette was very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good! Location / public transport was excellent, bus drive to Cagliari center was one hour.
