When the area around the pool was busy it was easy to find a quiet spot elsewhere in the garden (with some friendly cats!). The location is good as long as you have a car and there is plenty of free parking. The breakfast was delicious, and it was lovely to be able to eat outside by the pool. Perfect location away from busy Assisi but close to drive to it and central to all other towns in Umbria we wanted to visit. Apartment was lovely. Super clean and spacious and had everything we needed for such a comfortable 5 night stay. Lovely balcony with views to Assisi which was a perfect spot to relax after busy days tripping around Umbria.
