The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable! The breakfast and beverages provided were such an unexpected bonus! We even had our family who lives close by come to see the property and they are now recommending all of their visiting friends and family stay here as well! The owners were responsive and helpful before arrival. When we arrived everything was perfect - the property is spotlessly clean all over, the room was spacious, well equipped with a wonderful view from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay & would not hesitate to go there again. Very highly recommended.

The family who runs the place is very helpful, generous and openhearted. When we arrived, Stefano offered us coffee and biscuits. We could store our bicycles inside. The breakfast was delicious with handmade jam, cakes and local products. His wife offered us a ride to the nearby outlet and back as I needed a rain jacket. We also had some very nice talks. The place is a bit outside from Artena, more in the nature and very beautiful and calm. It was perfect to relax, we even stayed 2 nights longer. The room is big and had everything we needed. We could even use the kitchen.

    We had such a warm welcome and the location and view was incredible from our balcony. Rocco Massima has such an authentic feel, so high on a hill with panoramic views and so pretty at night too! The room was super clean and comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was delicious and oh so tasty! Amazing homemade cakes, muffins, Granola etc. The plum jam was memorable! This was a perfect first night in Italy and a must stay BnB in a must see location.
