We did not get to meet her in person but she was always available via Whatsapp. On entering the property one might notice little details that were added that give the place a unique charm! Each corner is meticulously designed and very clean! We noticed there was no AC or fan on entering the property and when we notified Laura, she was kind enough to provide two fans very quickly! Despite being a 3-star, the attention to detail is exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly, they provided bowls and a bed for my dog at no extra cost (never happened before!). The room is new and spotlessly clean, with a bathroom stocked with shaving kits, dental kits, sewing kits, and more. Additionally, water was offered in the minibar.
