Host is very helpful and has very good recommendations where to eat and how to get to Venice. The place is conveniently located to reach Venice quickly. The place is spotless clean and is very comfortable. Every area, shared or non-shared feels very cosy. Both the bedroom, bathroom and shared sitting room are styled with much taste and refinement. Very good value for money.

A great place to stay to visit Venice. Especially if you are traveling by car. It is very convenient to leave the car at the nearest station and go to Venice by train. It is very cheap, fast and safe. The owners will explain to you in detail how to do it. In short, it takes 6 minutes to get from the hotel to the nearest station by car. There you park in a free, safe parking lot and get to Venice by train in 20 minutes. The train runs every half hour. So about the hotel. A very clean, new, modern hotel with a large restaurant at the hotel on the ground floor. The owners of the hotel are very nice and kind. Maria waited for our arrival at 10 pm. Breakfast is very good. Dinner in the restaurant was great. In the evening the restaurant was almost full of visitors, which says a lot about the quality of the food. There is free parking. I highly recommend it to those who travel by car and want to visit Venice without problems, inexpensively and get only positive emotions from the trip.

Hosts were very nice. Bus to Venice city center is 2 min walk from the appartement which makes this a perfect and affordable option for a short weekend getaway or a longer stay. Hosts were also kind and allowed me to checkin way after the normal checkin time.

Beautiful, clean, spatious and well equipped apartment in quiet neighborhood. There's a bus stop just around the corner with good and frequent connection both to Padua and Venice (€3,60 per person one way, line 53E) in case you don't like driving in the city. Every morning we really enjoyed the fresh pastries from the bakery across the street.

Bright, spacious, extremely clean appartement, totally equipped for our one-week holiday. Air-conditioning in every room, washing machine, mosquito net, several big cupboards, spacious bathroom - all made our stay very pleasant. The host, Giuseppe is very kind and do his best to help you around. Little cafes for breakfast are in 5-minute-walk distance, there are a mall and several huge supermarkets in 5-minute-drive. Venice's Piazzale Roma is for a 15-minute drive, highways are within easy reach, the place is a good start to explore the region (Verona, Padua, Vicenza, Noventa di Pieva Designer Outlet). Free car parking in front of the building. Some small gifts and cold water in the fridge were waiting for us, all were very kind of the host.

Lovely place, great location close to Venice. The owners were extremely nice and kind, let us feel at home in the beutifull house. The room was pleasant ,wide and well equiped. Very clean . Very nice outside as well. Highly recommended!

    Good place to stay for a night before traveling to Fussina ferry terminal to transfer to Venice. Rooms are new and very clean. Free parking. Breakfast as an italian style was quite good. No warm or hot food for breakfast.

    The location is ideal for visiting Venice, which is only a 30-minute drive away. The accommodation is situated in a quiet little village. About 100 meters from the accommodation, there's a lovely little Italian restaurant. The host is kind and helpful, and can provide useful advice for visiting Venice.     Free breakfast was delicious. Mini bar was cheap (which is good) the waters are very nice, after a long day of walking. More waters in the fridge to purchase would be nice. The room is clean, and the bed is nice.

    Very clean room and bath, very nice stuff, great restaurant for dinner near the hotel, great way to park the car near train station in Salzano and go to Venice by train (hotel worker advice I didn't found in internet). All in all good option in your way to Venice. Reasonable price, breakfast, solution for good dinner, solution for free parking, sparkly unbelievable clean (maybe the cleanest space I ever found), very nice staff.
