    Great location in Seregno, bakery across the street, 1-2 min walk to a charming square, cafés and shops. Clean, spacious place for up to 2 people with all the appliances one might need during the stay. WiFi speed is excellent! Alessandra is helpful, provided a lot of information and guidance related to the functioning of the studio flat prior to my arrival there. Great starting point for visiting Seregno, Milan by train in 30 min.(train ticket could be as little as 3.5 € in one direction) and Lake Como as well as many other surrounding towns.

    The location is OK and relatively close to the center of the town. There are three rooms, all with a private bathroom and on the ground floor, with a very well-equipped common kitchen and dining room (all facilities, free tea and coffee). The room and the bathroom are clean. It was easy to find, and the host was waiting for us. There is free parking in the surrounding areas, and you can find a place in most of the cases.

    Very clean, confortable with nice attentions The couple who manages the guesthouse is very kind. I would recommend it if you plan to visit Como during the day but look for a cheaper place to stay
