If you are wanting to escape the city and the rat race then this barn conversion is a perfect place, a great host who is super helpful and has great recommendations for eating out. The property has a large swimming pool and is located next to the river and cycling path which goes for miles in each direction. They sell local honey and provide a good breakfast, if we are back in the area we would definitely stay again. Grazie Mille 🙏

Cycles were locked away in a garage which is always a plus. Great dinner and breakfast fresh scrambled eggs not mass produced like hotel ones..Very large room really enjoyed our stay.

We were welcomed with a smile and shown to our large and beautifully decorated room, full of 19th century frescoes and an original Neapolitan double bed. For breakfast she baked us a fresh savory pie, made a spread of baked sweets, homemade bread and locally made salami. We were told all about the history of her family house and how she is trying to keep everything authentic and all the sights in the close town of Ferrara. We were pleasantly surprised and recommend this stay for anyone that wants to experience a little bit of magic on their travels.
