Everything was perfect. Location near a bus stop to Drei Zinnen ski area (2 buses per hour). 40 minutes by car to Kronplatz ski area and Cortina ski area - worth visiting for one day of skiing (buy Dolomiti Superski while decide to do so ). Breakfast and dinner very good - worth buying HB.

Very friendly and helpful host who was always available quickly. The contact in advance was very easy and the key handover worked wonderfully. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious. You have a wonderful view of the mountains from the living room. I can only recommend the accommodation

We had a splendid stay at Hotel Patris. The hotel is modern and stylish, the staff is super friendly and supportive, food was excellent. The wellness and pool are very nice, well equipped and have a superb view. We were surprised they even organized infusion sessions. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the north-eastern part of the Dolomites (area around Tre Cime, Sexten, Lake Braies, ...). We also got good hiking advice from the hotel staff.

    we booked the budget room but there was nothing budget about it! the room wasn’t missing anything and we had the most amazing stay ever. Evi was super nice even tho we might have been nightmare guests by breaking a decoration and arriving way to late (after check in) because we got lost (check that you’ve put in the right town when driving so you don’t drive 2,5h wrong)! the location is perfect and the place is immaculately clean! a very comfy bed and nice shower.
