From the moment we arrived, this was an experience, much more than accommodation. Guido was a divine host who displayed passion for all that he does; family, balsamic vinegar, and the 'puppies', which is a true test of character. The recommendations that he provided were exceptional, and we were incredibly grateful for the care in providing a wonderful visit. Be sure to book ahead for a tour of the facilities, which is heartfelt and inspiring. We certainly hope to be able to visit again.

The apartment is beautifully renovated, clean, comfortable, and has a lot of light. The bathroom and the shower are modern, and everything functions fine. The apartment is dog friendly. The property is located in a clean, beautiful, safe neighborhood surrounded by villas and green areas. Parking is available right in front of the windows. We spent two weeks touring around Italy, and this accommodation was the best. Highly recommend.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The approach to the house itself is beautiful because of the greenery. The house is very spacious, has a small gym on the top floor and a room with entertainment facilities on the ground floor. The yard is fenced and intimate and there is parking in front of the house. In the house you will find everything you need for your stay, and more (tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil...). The owner was always available for all inquiries. We received detailed instructions for entering the house and had a wonderful stay. If we return to Modena again, we will definitely stay at Mrs. Alessandra's place.

    Location is in a rather quiet area, a convenient 30 minutes by car away from Modena centre. There is ample parking and a supermarket just next to hotel. Room is comfortable, and a very good breakfast is served.

    great location when traveling through italy - not too far from highway. Countryside, cheap restaurants near by the hotel. Very friendly check in. easy check in and check out. excellent breakfast buffet, very freindly and helpful house keeping staff. children friendly hotel. We liked the free table football in the hotel lobby to play for free.
