The balcony is a great place to watch the swifts flying around and a good view of the town of Spello. The location is excellent for exploring Spello, the path into town is literally across the road. The owners are very friendly and it was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped although not the best quality utensils. Two good sized double bed rooms, central dining / living area with open plan kitchen, beautifully decorated throughout. The location was perfect being in the centre of Spello’s old town up a small cobbled street scattered with small artisan shops and pots of blooming flowers.
