I liked everything, beautiful location in the middle of the Umbria countryside. Well maintained holiday farm, comfortable and clean room, beautiful pool with view of the valley. Excellent breakfast and service, Nicola super nice and friendly manager who gave us helpful advices. Well located, only half hour to Perugia, 40 minutes to Assisi which is very worth visiting. Marsciano, only 10 minutes driving also offers excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I would love to go back there again.

A wonderful warm hearted place for any (book loving) traveller to visit. It's run by a lovely couple with eye for detail. The B&B had everything you could wish for: easy accessibility, parking infront (a bit tight as it's in the mountain, but very doable), a grand variety of tea, a coffee machine, a wonderful relaxing shower, enough pillows to make a forth, an extensive book collection, small table games and children activities, they welcome pets, they will prepare a wine bottle opener if you request one, a lavish and delicious home made breakfast, and if you give them a heads up they can even serve you dinner (for extra costs, but very reasonably priced) in the B&B. It was a wonderful experience and I haven't had such a good and restful night in a long time.

    The location of the apartment was really amazing, it was part of a medieval castle. It was quite close to sights in Umbria by car. The host was kind and helpful, and the flat was okay

    We had a two night stay in the middle of July. We were left with good memories of the place and its manager. From the street you enter directly into the apartment, which is part of an ancient settlement complex. An additional bonus is that you have a parking space right next to the back entrance of the apartment. Sheets and towels were clean and sufficient for a family of four. The location is strategic for exploring Umbria.
