Charming family-run farmhouse fully immersed in nature. A lovely place to relax and rest during your holidays. The apartments are cozy, clean and well-furnished and the owners are really kind and at your complete disposal for any need. As we arrived they where waiting for us to show us the place and giving us all the information for our stay and as I come back home and I discover I left there a toy of my daughter they offered me to send it to me by mail.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean — equipped with everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. This was truly one of our best vacations ever. Our 7-year-old daughter especially loved spending time with the animals. We fully enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to everyone!

    Our stay at Nocini di Maremma was enchanting. The location is stunning; having such a beautifully prepared breakfast with views of the Tuscan hills will stay in my memory for a long time. But what made our stay the most memorable is Noemi’s hospitality and the adorable animals she takes care of on the property. Thank you again Noemi, we’ll certainly come back when we are again in the area.

    This place is a gem, absolutely stunning location and very relaxing. The access road is not great, but makes it even nicer, as you feel that you have really gotten away from everything. The breakfast is amazing and served under a tree with a magnificent view. If you like dogs and cats it is also the perfect place, as there are several very friendly ones to brighten your stay. Could easily have stayed a week. There is also a nice restaurant in Tatti, only a km away.
