This is a very, very large apartment in a block of flats. It has three balconies with a very nice view. It's near the highway to Pescara, so it has good accessibility from all directions. The apartment has everything you might need, a well equipped kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, plenty of space to put our things. The flatscreen TV is luxuriously large. The host, Renato, was wonderful and very helpful.

Daniel, who was managing the place is one of the greatest people that I have met ever. He is polite and very kind. I am looking forward to go there again. Breakfast was perfect. Even 7 star hotels does not have such a service!

Excellent breakfast options! Cafe was wonderful! The property was stunning and the location breathtaking. Our expectations were surpassed in every way. The owners were welcoming and made us feel like family. The evening meal was wonderful. If you want to experience the 'real Italy' a stay at Borgo San Martino is highly recommended!!!
