Perfect place for us to stay just outside of Florence before a friends wedding. Extremely easy to travel to and from Florence via the train station, which is next to the property. Despite it's proximity, the trains are not loud at all and this is a peaceful, quiet place to stay. We would loved to have stayed longer, as the people were very nice, spoke decent English - and this is a great spot to explore the local area using a car, or train. Whilst the place may feel a little tired to those used to more luxury accommodation, if you're happy with excellent value, great location and nice people - this will be for you.

Not too far from Florence, this lovely place sits on top of the hill overlooking the Tuscan Hills. We were greeted by the Owners on arrival and they graciously gave us a run down on the history of the property. And what a history there is!! Our room was lovely. Clean, comfy and had everything you need. The staff were brilliant and breakfast overlooking the countryside is a memory I’ll savior. You can’t help but relax at a place like this.

The best place in Florence! The location is perfect way to see the real Italian world. It is very clean and the sound of the birds 🐦 it is still in our mind. About the staff and the owner - Maria - so kind, so helpful. Definitely you have to visit that place to understand. We were planning to stay one night, but because all this positive vibes - we change our plans and stay one more night. Thank you so much! I will remember you with my 36th Birthday 🎂 and definitely will try to come back in the summer ☀️

I can only recommend to spend time at Le Fonti. On my bikepacking tour from Munich to Rome I stayed for one night and enjoyed a great dinner with ingedients from the Garden - delicious! The area and the garden is really beautiful. I will hopefully come back and spend more time there.

    I had a great stay . It is very clean and cosy. Location is perfect , in nice and green area with wonderful views to nature and so close to train station for a hassle free 30 min trip to Florence city center. To get to the hotel, train costs less than 4€ from Florence main train station and less than 6€ from airport ( tram+ train) Friendly staff and awesome Italian style breakfast. Thank you

    The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful inspite of their limited English. The room is very clean with daily housekeeping. We had comfortable bed with great view to the mountain. The location is excellent with train just in front of the house and 20 minutes to the Central station. I would definitely recommend this property.
