We loved everything about our stay at Domus Antiqua - the location is peaceful and tranquil, the property has so much charm and character and it is spotlessly clean! But what makes it really special is its host Cassandra with her personal approach, attention to detail and such a lovely and caring personality. She told us where to go and what to see. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Breakfast was abundant with a great choice of sweet and savory choices. We would have loved to stay much longer! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. This is a wonderful farmhouse, on a hilltop overlooking the valley of Foligno. Ideal as a base for short trips to the surrounding area (Assisi, the Umbrian countryside, truffle hunting, hikes etc.), or as a place to just relax and idle away at the pool.     A beautifully appointed spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen in a quiet pastoral location, exactly what we expected. The owner of the apartment, Gianni, is very friendly and responded instantly to any request/question, as did his lovely lady Alice. We felt at home and this is not a figure of speech. It was also nice to receive a bottle of Italian wine as a compliment. I warmly recommend staying here to all travelers by car.

    Nice quiet place, lovely owner. The kids loved the dog Lila. Good swimming pool which although almost full booked felt like a private swimming pool. Good location to visit surrounding places like Assisi, Perugia and more.

    Domenico is a wonderful host, he contacted me way ahead of time, asked me what we wanted for breakfast, was of outmost warmth and hospitality. The house is huge and perfect for a family stay: a parking lot, a kitchen, 3 rooms, a huge living room and a nice kitchen, all worth it. The location is great if you want to visit Assisi, Perugia, Spello ecc, but prefer to stay in a countryside. Me and my two kids, we were really comfy and pleased with the whole stay! Thank you.
