Our stay at this hotel was truly magical! We stayed in a room with a terrace, which created an incredible atmosphere – peace, tranquility, and complete serenity. Breakfast in the garden was delicious and perfectly complemented the morning idyll. A special thanks to the attentive and thoughtful staff who made our stay even more comfortable. amazing staff, mr. mwafi and miss francesca were super nice and helpful as possible.. great location which is near to major attractions.. the decor and bed size were perfect.. most importantly, AC was more than perfect ( we even had to turn it down sometimes , so feeling hot is not something to worry about at all! ) .. i would encourage anyone to stay here during their time in venice.

This hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building is newly renovated, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed during our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help. One moment really showed how special this place is: we lost our bag in Venice, most likely taken by mistake in the crowds on the boats. With thousands of tourists around, the chances of getting it back felt almost impossible. But the hotel staff immediately supported us, and thanks to their help the people who had taken it by mistake actually returned it directly to the hotel. That level of care and service is rare, and it turned what could have been a stressful trip into a memory we will always treasure. We warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was central, and all the major sites were within easy walking distance. The B&B is located in a square with an old church in its centre, a supermarket, 2 restaurants and a café/bakery. There are roads leading off the square in every direction. The bed was very comfortable. The linen and towels were clean, and the room was well cleaned every day. Breakfast was served in the room, as is the B&B's policy. The host, Gianluca, was very pleasant and helpful.

The best hotel that I have visited in Europe yet (I have quite a broad experience). Charming antique interiors with modern equipment. All is clean, and all is envisaged in the bathroom, including slippers, vanity kit, lotion and sanitary bags. The location is perfect.

    Very clean rooms and hotel. Like all comments the location is ideal. 10 min walk from Ferry from the airport. 5/6 min walk to Ferry to visit Murano/Burano. 5 min walk to San Marco square. Lovely restaurants and shops within 2/3 mins. Would highly recommend. We also arrived at 11am and they very kindly let us check in, which was an added bonus.

    Really enjoyed staying at the hotel; the location was ideal as it was quick and easy to walk or take the water bus to all the places we wanted to visit but it was also quieter and more affordable than the more touristy areas. We went to Campo Santa Margherita for a few meals and drinks and it was perfect! The hotel staff were really lovely too.
