We liked here everything - location (4 min of the boat trip and you are next to main attractions of Venice), the sterile cleanness of the rooms, Breakfast facility, even the sofa bed had absolutely comfortable mattress!!!! The staff made our stay amazing, from the first moment we arrived until our check-out. The breakfast is amazing and a perfect way to start a day in Venice. Rooms are comfortable, and bathrooms are super comfortable. Location, hotel is close to everything, but still away to give you some peace of mind. Overall a great stay, lovely energy exchange.

Breakfast was beyond excellent! Staff and front desk especially went way beyond. My flight out ca ncelled due to strick at Venice Airport front desk made me train reservations with full explanations about the train to Rome as it was complicated for first time users.

We are a family of 6 and spent 2 nights at Ai Patrizi di Venezia. The apartment is magnificent! It's large and suitable for so many people. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Towels, sheets, pillows and duvets were sufficient. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything we needed. There is a nice terrace. The apartment was sparkling clean! Perfectly located near the Rialto Bridge, it's actually in the center of the city, a 10-minute walk from San Marco Cathedral. We were greeted very kindly and friendly at the reception. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had the opportunity to leave our luggage at the reception after the check-out . This is definitely the best place where we have ever stayed - clean, luxurious and comfortable! It really deserves a 10 point rating, for sure!

    Very clean rooms and hotel. Like all comments the location is ideal. 10 min walk from Ferry from the airport. 5/6 min walk to Ferry to visit Murano/Burano. 5 min walk to San Marco square. Lovely restaurants and shops within 2/3 mins. Would highly recommend. We also arrived at 11am and they very kindly let us check in, which was an added bonus.

    Really enjoyed staying at the hotel; the location was ideal as it was quick and easy to walk or take the water bus to all the places we wanted to visit but it was also quieter and more affordable than the more touristy areas. We went to Campo Santa Margherita for a few meals and drinks and it was perfect! The hotel staff were really lovely too.
